2. Make Sure Screens Are Not Too Close
According to WebMD, any screen with a blue light should be no closer than 20 inches from your face. Twenty-eight inches is even better.
Try rearranging your family work station or your child’s desk so that the screen is 20-28 inches away.
3. Take Regular Breaks
It’s important to take breaks every 20 minutes and look at something else other than the computer or device screen for at least 20 seconds.
You can set a timer on your computer or device to remind you and your kids to do this at regular intervals.
4. Adjust Your Screen Settings
Go into your computer or tablet settings and adjust the contrast, fonts, and brightness so that no one in your family has to squint at the screen.
