Eyeglasspeople will guarantee the accuracy of your duplicated prescription or any written prescription you may send for fabrication. We also guarantee the accuracy of any measurements your doctor or optician may provide.

Any problems or complaints will be resolved immediately. We will provide a No Questions Asked Return for the first 30 days if not 100 % satisfied.

If, however, problems arise by circumstances beyond our control, such as a doctor’s prescription change or an optician’s measurement change, we will charge you 50% off the new purchase price, plus shipping and handling. All problems will be handled on an individual basis.

A One Year Scratch Free Warranty will be provided with no questions asked.  We will charge you 50% off the purchase price of new lenses, plus shipping and handling.

Please note - The purchase of a scratch coating option is neccessary for Plastic Lenses for this warranty.  All other lenses it is included free of charge.
